holidays and hair.

So I know I'm always ranting and raving about how much I absolutely LOVE Luther College.
But I can honestly say (especially after this break), that I really love home too.

I haven't seen most of my friends from home (minus Kate) since August when they all left for school... and I missed them a lot. I didn't get to see a lot of them for extended periods of time, but it was just so great to see those familiar faces that really know me for who I am. I felt like it was starting right where we left off, and it makes me even more excited to see them in a few weeks when we're all back from Christmas break!

I also just love spending time with family. Me and my family are really close, so getting to spend quality time with them over the holidays is really nice, especially when some of them live so far away (not to mention me living four hours away from most of them :/).

PLUS! I get haircuts! I chopped off four inches of hair while I was back! I'll post pics when I get better ones! Excited to show it off! =D

stress.

I almost just wrote the most emo post of my life, but decided to spare you.

Basically all it said was that I had an extremely rough past week.

So instead of complaining about how crappy this last week was, I am going to tell you why this week is going to be great.

I'm done with pledging, so this will be the first full week of not dressing up in over a month!

The last football game is this weekend. Happy, because it means I don't have to freeze on Saturday's anymore!

Christmas at Luther stuff is getting intense(which I love). WOO!

I get to see a ton of family.

I have no tests this week, and no big homework assignments due.

And lots of other things!

I am going to keep my chin up, keep positive. Cause who likes a Debbie Downer? Not me!

WOOO!!!

I'M AN ACTIVE!!!!

After the week I had, I am just so glad that I am finally done dressing up, and I'm finally one of the 16 new members of Tau Delta Gamma.

The traditional removing of the tape!

Me and my Momma!
